The inventors of PROAIR GmbH have been confimed by the European patent office with another granted patent for the DELPHIN cleaning appliance. So, once again PROAIR GmbH proves the high class of innovation. This is especially important in the future for our location Germany.

People keep asking us why we constantly apply new ideas for an international patent despite the high costs of patent applications, translations into all national languages, examinations and yearly charges.

For us, there are important reasons for this:

1. It is very important to support knowledge of our development department by constant research and so to encourage and preserve the creativity during the continuous process of development of new products and ideas.
2. On principle, we apply intellectual property, new useful procedures or parts of a product as they are used in the DELPHIN for a patent in those countries that are the most important for us. That ensures us and our sales partners the technological lead for years and years.
3. At the same time, examination of the patent application guarantees that we don’t violate other patents ourselves which could result in vast costs and also legal difficulties.
4. It’s just as important to convert good ideas into a useful product. That’s the only way how customer and also manufacturer can make use of the advantages of a patent.
