Free of pesticides, free of fungicides, if possible without artificial fertilizer, just naturally grown.

Rather a short stalk and a healthy ear of corn than long stalks and highly fertilized, big ears that fall over at the slightest wind because the long stalk can’t support the head.

Germs and fungi, especially mould on food and in the water usually are considered to be harmful. Here we depend on the care of responsible-minded farmers and horticultural business.

Obviously, it is also very good for us if we attach importance to healthy food. We have more strength and stamina and altogether are fitter.

“Bio” shaped up nicely and is a recognized term and those who offer bio products are supervised by corresponding guidelines.

And what about “bio-air”?

What about our most important food, the air?

Everybody is anxious to wash or even peel food like fruit etc. Everybody minds bio and digs deeper into his pockets for those products. Hardly anybody thinks of what a human being needs the most badly: clean air.

Who sees to it that there are guidelines or supervised quality in this area?

What is done for it?

They make a lot of fuss about a few milligram of fine dust on roads with heavy traffic, they pass EU standards and immediately distribute subsidies to the polluters.

Media exaggerates as so often and politicians are glad that this information takes our minds off new indebtedness. Of course, fine dust is dangerous, but it depends on the amount that you breath in in a certain time resp. to which you are exposed for a longer time. We breath about 20,000 times a day and with every breath we take, we supply the cells of our body with essential oxygen. That’s why we need clean air, free of pollutants that take us a lot of energy.
